Tom Cahill is an experienced trial and appellate litigator. He represents product manufacturers, distributors and contractors in cases involving toxic tort asbestos exposure, construction defects, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and business disputes. As a former Civil Division Assistant State’s Attorney, he has represented governmental entities such as the Division of Transportation, the County Nursing Home, the Health Department, the Sheriff’s Office, the County Board, and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
