Noel Haberek concentrates his practice in tort defense and general litigation matters, which include premises liability cases and medical and nursing home liability cases. He has defended businesses, property owners and individuals in matters involving serious and complex injuries including traumatic brain injuries. Mr. Haberek has significant trial experience having successfully tried numerous cases to verdict throughout the state of Illinois and handles all aspects of the litigation. Mr. Haberek also serves as an arbitrator in the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program.
