Eric is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in all phases of trial advocacy in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He serves as regional defense and tender counsel for a national retailer and regularly represents other corporate and individual clients directly as well as through insurance carriers and third-party party administrators. Eric also advises clients regarding insurance coverage issues involving commercial, personal lines, professional, umbrella, excess and surplus lines policies. He has counseled London market and Bermuda market insurance carriers regarding complex coverage issues, which often entailed monitoring of high exposure environmental, governmental and construction litigation.
Throughout his two decades long career, Eric has prided himself on zealously advocating for his clients while maintaining the respect of judges, colleagues and opposing counsel. Prior to his legal career, Eric spent several years handling serious injury cases for two major insurance carriers. This experience enables him to provide effective and practical representation and counseling to his clients.
Eric serves as a volunteer attorney with the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
