Ben is a member of the firm. Ben’s practice is national and focuses on representing and defending businesses all over the country. Ben specializes in insurance recovery on behalf of corporations, corporate civil defense, and commercial litigation. He has a broad range of experience in the insurance world, representing corporate insureds in long-tail liability coverage situations such as asbestos and pollution typically involving historical commercial general liability insurance, as well as other types of coverage including directors’ and officers’ liability coverage, professional liability insurance coverage, representations and warranty insurance arising from corporate mergers and acquisitions, fidelity/employee crime policies, and employment practices and liability insurance. Ben has also represented corporate insureds with coverage issues arising from class action lawsuits. In his civil defense work, Ben is an experienced products liability defense attorney and corporate contract dispute litigator, and regularly represents clients in high value wrongful death and paraplegia lawsuits.
